Refund Policy
Due to the small group training format and limited spaces, the following refund policy is in effect:
- Full refund, less $25 processing fee, available up until 2 weeks prior to the course start date.
- No refunds after that date. Access to course content may affect refund eligibility.

Hold Harmless Agreement
You voluntarily consent to receive ministry from the leadership team and fellow students in the Alive & Well programs, which is focused on training rather than counseling. You understand that the spiritual and emotional help provided through Alive & Well methods may not guarantee results. You accept this ministry fully and acknowledge that you won't hold anyone responsible for outcomes, including the organization and its staff. You take full responsibility for your life and well-being moving forward.
During group exercises, you can choose not to disclose specifics about any memories that arise or the people involved, as this information is not required for the ministry. You can expect utmost confidentiality regarding your personal information from all participants.
Limitation of Liability
- Alive & Well and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the websites.
