What are Journey Groups?
Journey Groups meet weekly and invite you into discussion and exercises designed to build secure bonds with God and people. Learning from Jesus's model of deep bonds with a few, we experience what He promised: His joy in us and our joy is full (Jn. 15:11).
Journey Group uses a curriculum that integrates Biblical truths and neuroscience.

Journey Groups: Level One Curriculum
A Relational Discipleship Experience
Do you want true transformation of your heart, soul, and mind? Join us to discuss and practice the concepts of walking in freedom, building relationships that stay bigger than problems, living life from God’s perspective, and emotional maturity. If you want to be the person God created you to be, even in difficult circumstances, we are here to help!
In Level One, you will find 6 units with 4 to 7 lessons each covering topics on heart-focused discipleship foundations: appreciating and listening to Jesus, staying relational, heart-to-heart community, relational discipleship, maturity, connecting with God, and healing hearts.

A Journey Group is a small group of 6-8 people that meet online once a week.
Content rich and relationally driven, Journey Groups are an experience rather than a study. The practices help align your heart, mind, and spirit so that everything in your life works more smoothly — your emotions, health, relationships, faith, sense of belonging, and maturity. You'll find yourself able to live as the person God created you to be in even difficult situations.
If you want to lead a local group, we invite and recommend that you join our Certified Journey Group Leadership Community. Here you can experience the specific practices that make Alive & Well Journey Groups uniquely transformational.

Yes. Our Level 1 and 2 Journey groups are $40 per month (paid to your Leader) + an annual registration fee of $135 (non-refundable).
Discover Journey Groups are $55.
This fee helps your Leader continue his or her training and also helps Alive & Well continue to provide you top-notch content and service.
The Level One Journey Group book includes 39 weekly topics with life-changing material from Life Model Works, THRIVEtoday, Deeper Walk, and Alive & Well.
While the JG curriculum is rich in content, transformation begins with interactive practices that impact your body, soul, mind and spirit. Prepare to learn concepts and experience them together.
